It is invested and constructed by Pengyin (Qinghai) Cloud Technology Co., Ltd. The planned land area of the project is about 115 acres, with a total investment of 6 billion yuan. It is constructed in two phases. A total of 5 data room buildings and 1 comprehensive operation and maintenance building are planned to be built, with a total construction area of 107240.26㎡. Relying on the superior resources of Hainan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province, it builds a financial big data information service center and a computing power center, creates an urban intelligent computing center with aggregation effect and regional influence, a scientific and technological innovation demonstration base for digital cultural tourism, and industrial manufacturing, and a talent highland for gathering intellectual resources, and continues to improve the digital base puzzle of Hainan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture.
