The Beijing Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Branch Center and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Meteorological Science and Technology Integration Innovation Platform project aim to promote regional meteorological science and technology innovation and cooperation. The project integrates the scientific and technological resources of Beijing and the Greater Bay Area to improve meteorological monitoring, forecasting and service capabilities, and helps the Greater Bay Area cope with climate change and natural disasters. The platform will promote meteorological data sharing, technology research and development and transformation of results, promote the integration of meteorology with cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data, and provide strong support for regional economic and social development.
